CyberColloids, founded in 2002, is a unique independent organisation devoted to bringing innovation to research for both industry-based and academic clientele. Our team of experts supports contract research in new product development, applications, process optimisation and development, scale up, plant design, strategic business studies and marketing. We also specialise in the texture of food and non-food systems, hydrocolloids and creating added value in fruit, vegetable and seaweed biomass streams. In our lab we have the capability to centrifuge, ultrafiltrate, retort (sterilise), homogenise, mix, heat and dry. We are also able to quantify the different food and other industrial process through textural, microscopic and physicochemical analysis.
