Fiber-X provides concept development, piloting/trialing and educational services for the bioindustry. Company is especially focused on specialty fiber concept development - agro residue (straw, millet, rice husk), willow, hemp - developing bioplant concepts and aiming for novel uses for neglected fiber sources. The second key area is piloting for customers: New machine equipment, sensors, chemical trials, novel paper, foam formed, nanocellulosic, textile or molded fiber products, etc. Third key area is process and maintenance training: The facility is an opportunity to train both process and mainentance on live environment by industrys practical experts.
