Fermentation and digestion

Summary of Biomass and precision fermentation
State-of-the-art bioreactors for cultivation of microorganism on different scales.
Sterile stirred tanks with high oxygen transfer for batch and fed-batch fermentation of bacteria, yeast, fungi.
Different feeding strategies are possible and can be adapted according to customer specifications.
Methanol induction possible.
Fully automated with a Siemens PCS7 GAMP5 conform process control system and ISA-88 conform Simatic® Batch program.
All bioreactors are also equiped with standard sensors, e.g. DO, pH, and a mass spectrometer for off-gas analysis for calculation of CER and OUR.
