Aitiip has the capability to formulate and optimise bio-based formulations as well as modify already existing ones.

Aitiip has 2 extruders (Coperion) of great versatility as they allow the use of all types of additives (solid, liquid, powder, flake) with great precision. They also accept a wide variety of types of pellets through the main hopper due to the configuration of the system incorporated.

The extrusion compounding can be used for just a grams to several tones. It can work from TRL1 to TRL9.
