Aim of the webinar:

The purpose of this webinar is to provide participants with insights into how Pilot & Demo facility design and implement business models to commercialize biosolutions and scale innovative biotechnologies.

We will cover:

  • Understanding the Role of Biosolutions: What are biosolutions, and how do they address key challenges across agriculture, food, and industrial biotechnology?
  • Exploring Business Models: What business models apply in scale up services, including contract development, fee for service, grant based collaborations and others.
  • De-risking Scaling from Lab to Market: Strategies and frameworks used to reduce risk and ensure successful scale-up of microbial technologies.
  • Leveraging Strategic Partnerships: How joint development and IP-sharing models can accelerate innovation and market access.
  • Anticipating Future Trends: An overview of emerging models in the bioeconomy, such as platform-as-a-service, data-integrated biomanufacturing trends.
