•The unit is a two-stage falling film evaporator
•The capacity of the unit is 350 kg of evaporated water per hour
•The pre-heating is adjustable to 115 °C
•The holding times are variable from 30 sec to 2 min
•The vacuum is adjustable between 0.2 and 0.8 bar
•The minimum amount of product should be 250 l
•The products can be concentrated to a dry matter content of ± 40%
