•The bowl has a useful capacity of 40 l
•The bowl is tiltable and made of stainless steel AISI 316
•Heating is done with steam through the double-jacketed wall to a maximum operating temperature of 127 °C
•Heating can also be done with direct steam injection
•Cooling is done with ice water through the double-jacketed wall
•The unit can operate under vacuum and an over-pressure up to 1.5 bar
•The unit is equipped with two hoppers for addition of solid or liquid ingredients
•The unit is equipped with a filling valve
•Parameters such pressure, speed, temperature and time are adjustable, programmable and recordable
